In the completion of Modernization work the HACH procures the bulk of these goods and services by way of direct solicitation to interested and qualified firms utilizing small acquisition procurement procedures; rather than the formal public bid process.

Goods and services exceeding $100,000 in cost are advertised for public bid in addition to direct mailing to interested and qualified firms.

Contractors and vendors who are interested in being considered and included for solicitation for these goods and services are encouraged to provide the HACH with a letter request identifying their service or goods along with business and reference information.
