Many local agencies have made it possible for the Hagerstown Housing Authority to offer programs by providing staff and their professional in-kind services. Other Programs/Services are funded through the Public Housing Drug Elimination Program (PHDEP) and the Senior Services Coordinator grant through Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
